Commissioner For Entrance Examinations discharges a very responsible job in the field of Higher Education. The Entrance Examinations are instituted with the best intention of finding out the most meritorious students for admission to the courses. The selection of candidates is made through competitive Examinations of very good standard. The setting of questions are entrusted with only experts in the field. A scientific method is being followed in the evaluation, ranking, selection and admission using Computers. The system followed was also upheld by the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala . At the time of inception, in 1983 with a Commissioner at the helm of affairs, the Office of the CEE was entrusted with the conduct of only two examinations, namely, admission to Engineering Courses and to Medical / Agricultural courses. But year after year, more and more examinations were being entrusted to this Office and as of now, this Office conducts 12 different Entrance Examinations
